Hi, I am Samira
I am the mom behind Mayana Voyage. I have always been passionate about travel. I travelled for work, I travelled for fun, and when my kids were born, I kept going. I was born in France, raised in Niger and now live in Canada. I speak French, and I have visited 40+ countries along the way.
We are a family of 4, my husband and I and our 2 young kids, and our kids started travelling with us when they were just 3 months old. Some of our favourite trips together have been São Paulo, Dubai, Abidjan and Helsinki.
My career is in tech consulting, where I worked as a project manager with a focus on people and diversity. Today I advise organizations on people strategy, and I bring that same love of planning to every family trip I share here.
I aim to inspire you and show you that it is possible to travel with young kids and feel comfortable and confident doing it.
